Diet Planning

Planning your diet is one of the most misunderstood areas of adjusting your lifestyle. It can seem confusing, when in truth it is really quite simple.

Here at eBodies, we like to educate rather than delegate. Instead telling you what to eat day-to-day, we feel it's much better for you to decide for yourself and learn along the way. This allows you to make much better food choices for you and your family beyond our membership.

Give a man a fish and feed him for a day.
Teach a man to fish and feed him for a lifetime.

You need to know that you can't effectively manage your weight (and health) by diet modification alone. It starves your body of required nutrients and energy, and slows your metabolism so that the instant you fall off your set plan you gain all the weight, plus more back.

Dieting can lead to many health risks, including weight gain in the long term, so eating correctly is essential to weight loss, reaching your fitness goals as well as leading a healthier & energetic lifestyle.

We've compiled a short, 3-Lesson Diet Plan, and by the end you should be able to organise your own meals and start living a healthier life.
