Your Exercise Guides can be reached by clicking the exercises listed in your Exercise Programs.

Here, you have access to your step-by-step exercise guides and videos. They've been written to be able to be understood by anyone, and walks you through how to perform your exercises correctly, as well as points to keep your mind on.

Performing your exercises correctly, with correct form is incredibly important to keeping you injury-free, not to mention to prevent wasting time and effort.

These guides are easy to follow, so you know how to do it right, first time, every time.

Each guide also comes with a printer-friendly version in case you prefer to have it in hard-copy format.

Following the Video link sends you to your downloadable video clips of one of our trainers performing the exercise. These videos are available to you in two formats for your convenience, for PC (.wmv) and Mac (.m4v).
