Cancellation

After the Initial Membership Term (IMT) of one month concludes your membership will automatically renew to the same duration of the IMT and continue to renew thereafter at the end of each term. Members are entitled to permanently cancel these renewals at any time. However, cancellation will not become effective until the end of the membership in which the cancellation takes place. ebodies.com.au will not provide prorated or retroactive refunds. After the Initial Membership Term, you remain financially responsible for the membership fees until we receive notice of cancellation.

30 Day Refund Policy

You may cancel your ebodies.com.au subscription within 30 days of your initial registration and receive a refund.

However, if you cancel your membership within the first 30 days of your initial registration you will be refunded the membership amount excluding an Early Termination Fee (ETF) of $10.00. After this initial 30-day period (720 hours), refunds are not available and any and all cancellations will be applied from the end of the current 12 week term.
