Cancellation

Membership duration is dictated at the time of Initial Subscription, and chosen by the purchasing member. Members are entitled to permanently cancel their account at any time. eBodies.com.au will not provide prorated or retroactive refunds.

You may cancel your membership by form, email or letter prior to your subscription expiring. This is purely optional as accounts will not be automatically re-billed and extended and:

By form: Logging into your eBodies account, go to "Close Account" and confirm cancellation.

By email: send an email to cancel@ebodies.com.au. In the body of your email state your first and last name, your username, and intent to cancel.
Please note: We will not open your email if it contains an attachment.

30 Day Refund Policy

You may cancel your eBodies.com.au subscription within a set period of days of your initial registration and receive a refund.

"12 Week Lifestyle Plan" subscribers may cancel their account within 30 days (720 hours) and receive a full refund.
"4 Week Intensity Plan" subscribers may cancel their account within 7 days (168 hours) and receive a full refund.

After this initial period (30 days [720 hours] for "Lifestyle Plan" subscribers, 7 days [168 hours] for "Intensity Plan" subscribers), refunds are not available and any and all cancellations will be applied from the end of the current term.
